Returns Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care items, and customized products, are not eligible for return.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including a return shipping address.

Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@aurateg.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

Return Shipping Costs
