We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

• Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (5-10 business days) – Free on all orders.

• Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days) – Additional charges apply.

• Express Shipping (1-3 business days) – Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item or your order is incomplete, please email support@aurateg.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
